Checklist voor je Permanente Make Up afspraak
Ik merk soms dat klanten de informatie die ik toestuur niet of nauwelijks doorgelezen hebben. Eigenlijk is dat wel jammer, want permanente make-up is best een hele stap. En als je je goed ingelezen hebt, ga je een stuk relaxter de behandeling in. Ik heb wel eens een klant gehad, die keek verschrikt achterom en vroeg “gebruikt u een naald”? Dan weet ik zeker dat de informatie volledig aan haar voorbij is gegaan. De informatie die ik toestuur is zeer uitgebreid. Waarom ik dat doe? Omdat ik me altijd graag verplaats in mijn klanten. Ik zou namelijk zelf als ik een dergelijke behandeling zou ondergaan, alles willen weten over wat mij te wachten staat. Wie dit bij mij gaat doen en hoe ik mij het beste kan voorbereiden. Het gaat hier wel om je gezicht. Dus be prepared!
- Ik zet nog even de belangrijkste voorzorgpunten voor je op een rijtje:•Als je ooit eerder PMU hebt gedaan, stuur mij dan een whats app, dan maken wij eerst een afspraak voor een intakegesprek.
- Via je huisarts kun je eventueel pijnstilling (tube Emla zalf) halen. Breng deze 1 uur voor de behandeling aan.
- Zorg dat je op de dag van de behandeling goed uitgerust bent. Eet en drink voldoende van te voren.
- Neem van te voren eventueel 1000 mg vitamine C i.c.m. de genezing (zeker als je een roker bent).
- De dag vóór de behandeling nuttig je geen alcohol/drugs.
- 3 dagen voor de behandeling stop je met bloedverdunners (overleg dit natuurlijk wel met je arts).
- Neem op de dag van de behandeling géén vitamine E, chiazaad, gember, pijnstilling of groene thee.
- Bij eyeliner: draag geen lenzen, mascara of wimperextensions. Gebruik je een wimperserum? Stop hier dan 4 weken voor de behandeling mee.
- Zorg ook dat je de behandelovereenkomst goed hebt doorgelezen, vul deze in en neem deze mee tijdens de 1e behandeling. Is er op medisch gebied waar je minimaal 1x “Ja” hebt in moeten vullen, neem dan contact met mij op.
- Zou je voor de behandeling een foto van je gezicht kunnen whats appen? Zo kan ik mij van te voren goed voorbereiden.
Lees dus de informatie, nazorg en de behandelovereenkomst goed door! Zodat je goed bent voorbereid!
